The Colorado Avalanche’s Stadium Series jerseys have reportedly been leaked.

Photos of the jersey have started circulating on social media ahead of the 2020 Stadium Series game between the Avalanche and Los Angeles Kings on Feb. 15, 2020 at Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs.

Icethetics confirmed in a blog post that the leaked jerseys are in fact the ones that will be worn by the Avalanche in the game.

Here are two photos of the design, courtesy of a Facebook post and a Reddit upload.

The design has similarities to the Avalanche’s current third jerseys. The “A” in the center of the Stadium Series design is a similar triangular shape to the crest on the alternate jerseys. The Stadium Series jersey feature the rocky mountaintop design at the bottom, while the alternative jerseys have that shape above the “C”.

The original design was inspired by jerseys worn by the Colorado Rockies hockey team that played in Denver from 1976-82.

Icethetics put the two jerseys side-by-side to get an idea of the similarities.

This won’t be the first time the Avalanche have played an outdoor game. The Avalanche previously lost 5-3 to the Detroit Red Wings in the 2016 NHL Stadium Series at Coors Field in Denver.

The Avalanche are 11-5-2 on the season and have won three straight games despite losing Mikko Rantanen, Gabriel Landeskog and Nikita Zadorov to injury.
