All 32 NHL teams play Tuesday.

The Frozen Frenzy returns for the fourth consecutive season, with 16 games staggered between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET. ESPN opens the night with a tripleheader, and the other 13 games are available on ESPN2 and ESPN+, according to ESPN.

Here’s the full Tuesday, Oct. 13 schedule, all times Eastern:

  • 6:00 p.m.: Devils at Red Wings
  • 6:15 p.m.: Panthers at Blue Jackets

  • 7:00 p.m.: Kraken at Flyers
  • 7:15 p.m.: Lightning at Rangers
  • 7:30 p.m.: Blues at Senators
  • 7:45 p.m.: Canucks at Islanders
  • 8:00 p.m.: Penguins at Blackhawks

  • 9:45 p.m.: Flames at Ducks
  • 10:30 p.m.: Oilers at Kings
  • 11:00 p.m.: Bruins at Sharks

ESPN’s tripleheader covers Devils-Red Wings to open, Avalanche-Stars at 8:30 and Bruins-Sharks to close.

ESPN and NHL Network analyst Kevin Weekes will work the night from the studio. He explained the appeal of the format to NHL.com:

“It’s like an unlimited buffet of hockey you can eat and drink and literally consume what you want.”

The Flyers are the headline for the wrong reasons. Philadelphia hosts the Kraken at 7 p.m. at 0-5-2, the worst start in franchise history, after a seventh straight loss to the Hurricanes on Sunday. Here is our post on it:

Calgary is the only team without a point. The Flames are 0-5-0 and visit an Anaheim team that sits at 4-1-0, as we noted in our look at their winless start.

Alex Ovechkin and the Capitals visit Carolina at 6:45 p.m. Ovechkin scored goal No. 930 on Sunday, his first of the final season of his contract. The Hurricanes are 5-1-1.

Gavin McKenna and the Maple Leafs finish a three-game road trip at Utah at 9 p.m. The No. 1 pick has four points (one goal, three assists) through six games.

The Bruins and Sharks drop the puck at 11 p.m. to end the night, with Charlie McAvoy back in Boston’s lineup after serving his six-game suspension.
