The NHL 25 cover has been revealed.
The EA Sports NHL 25 deluxe cover will feature all three Hughes brothers – Jack, Quinn and Luke. This marks the first time a group of siblings has graced the EA Sports NHL video game cover.
It’s important to note that this “brothers” cover is only for the Deluxe Edition. Quinn Hughes will be on the cover of the standard NHL 25 video game in Canada, and Jack Hughes will be on the NHL 25 cover in the United States
Here is a look at the NHL 25 cover for the deluxe edition and standard edition(s) below:

The cover art features the three brothers in a locker room setting, with Quinn in the center wearing the Canucks’ black skate alternate jersey. The individual covers, meanwhile, feature action shots of Jack and Quinn.
EA Sports announced the cover as part of the official NHL 25 reveal on Thursday morning. You can check out the first trailer below:
Trailer
We have to give EA Sports props for this cover. It’s a nice way to pay tribute to three great young hockey players and the brotherhood in the NHL. The NHL 25 cover is ultimately a celebration of family, talent, and the future of the NHL.
While the cover is awesome, the excitement was somewhat ruined because the cover leaked online early. EA Sports’ YouTube channel prematurely published a video titled “NHL 25 Official Reveal Trailer” on Tuesday, which Jack Hughes shared on Instagram. The video was meant to stay private until Thursday.
The Hughes’ brother cover follows the NHL 24 cover that saw Colorado Avalanche blueliner Cale Makar featured in an action shot. Prior to that, the NHL 23 cover was graced by Anaheim Ducks star Trevor Zegras and Canadian women’s hockey phenom Sarah Nurse.
NHL 25 will officially be released on October 4, 2024, and will launch worldwide on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
