Kane sits on 508 career goals in 1,369 games, and he became the fifth U.S.-born player to reach 500 on January 8, 2026.
Three, all with Chicago: 2010 over Philadelphia, 2013 over Boston and 2015 over Tampa Bay. Kane took the Conn Smythe as playoff MVP in 2013.
Yes. Kane won the 2015-16 Art Ross with 106 points and remains the only American-born player ever to lead the NHL in scoring.
Kane is 24th on the all-time list with 1,400 points, one spot behind Evgeni Malkin.
Buffalo, New York, on November 19, 1988. He grew up in South Buffalo and left home as a teenager to play travel hockey in the Detroit area.
The Chicago Blackhawks took him first overall in the 2007 NHL Draft, ahead of James van Riemsdyk at second and Kyle Turris at third.
Chicago from 2007 to 2023, the New York Rangers for 19 games at the end of 2022-23, and Detroit from 2023 through 2025-26. He signed a two-year deal to return to Chicago in July 2026.
