He has 259 regular season goals, 123 of them in Ottawa and the rest in Vegas, plus 48 more in the postseason.
Ottawa took him 178th overall in 2010, the 28th pick of the sixth round. He was coming off a 28 point season with the Brandon Wheat Kings and scored 106 the following year.
January 13, 2021. Vegas had played more than three seasons without a captain since entering the league in 2017, and Stone is the first player to wear the C for the franchise.
Yes, with Vegas in 2023. He scored a hat trick in the 9-3 Game 5 win over Florida that clinched it, one of four hat tricks ever scored in a Cup clinching game.
No. He has been a finalist twice, finishing second to Ryan O’Reilly in 2019 and third in 2021. The Stanley Cup is the only trophy on his NHL record.
